The Events Coordinator manages all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial concept to completion, ensuring successful outcomes by coordinating with venues, vendors, artists, sponsors, and the marketing team. Responsibilities include pitching ideas, forming event teams, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth day-of operations. This role also utilizes leads from the Events Director to expand their event portfolio. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Day of Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the on-site execution of events, including the setup, breakdown, and overall management of the event day. This role involves coordinating with, vendors, artists, swappers, and staff to ensure that events run smoothly. They act as a representative for Sustainable Swaps, providing information and assistance to attendees.

The Outreach Director is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with potential partners to support the organization's goals. This role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of partners, including sponsors, event venues, non-profits, vendors, artists and bands, food and drink vendors, and activism groups.

(Boston + NYC) Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. This role involves managing all marketing campaigns from conception to completion, including the creation and distribution of a monthly newsletter. You'll also take the lead on organizing and assisting with photoshoots, coordinating the production of all print marketing materials, and helping to establish and enforce brand guidelines. Additionally, you will oversee analytics and reporting, using data to inform future strategies, and assist the Marketing Director with creating content for LinkedIn and with event-related print material distribution.

Social Media Assistant focuses on managing and growing Sustainable Swaps' social media presence. This position involves creating engaging content, interacting with our community, and analyzing social media performance. The role also includes assisting with various marketing campaigns and assorted tasks related to SS’s marketing.

Content Creator will be responsible for developing and creating high-quality content that aligns with Sustainable Swaps's brand's vision and messaging. This role will involve creating engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for the management of all content posted across all social platforms. This includes developing and maintaining the content calendar on a monthly basis, the creation of content planning decks, and managing on-site social media content creation during events and photoshoots. Most importantly, the Social Media Manager is responsible for editing all content across all social media coordinators, assistants, and interns.
This role is reports to and is assisted by the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager.’Part-time: Around 5-10 hours per week, varying based on events and shoots
